Poli Rincón
Soccer star Poli Rincón is loved across his native Spain for being one of the greatest players in the sport. His career included a successful stint at Real Madrid, where he won both the Spanish League and Spanish Cup. He then went to play for Real Betis, where he still stands as one of their highest-ever scorers, despite having retired in 1989. He also played for the national Spanish team; scoring four goals in their historic 12-1 win over Malta, plus plenty more across a total of 22 caps. He now works as a football commentator and journalist, but also takes his poker game seriously. He’s played at many of the world’s biggest events since joining the PokerStars team, including the EPT Monte Carlo Grand Final, events on the Estrellas Poker Tour and the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA). He is a Friend of PokerStars and plays under the User ID ‘Poli Rincón’.
