PokerStars is always working to improve your online poker experience. We are constantly looking for new ways to make our software better and easier to use. Whether it’s a big change or a small one, we hope all of the upgrades will help you enjoy PokerStars even more. Keep an eye on this page to learn about the most recent upgrades to your PokerStars experience.
* PokerStars software now available in Russian - players now have the option to see the lobby in the Russian language. To select this feature; click ‘Language’, ‘Play in’ and then ‘Русский’.
* Receive emails in your preferred language – hundreds of thousands of players are now using the PokerStars software in the language of their choice. Now you can make sure you ALWAYS receive emails from PokerStars in your language too. To select your email language, open the PokerStars software and log in, then click on Languages, and select ‘Send me emails in…’, then choose your preferred language.
This means you can, if you wish, use the PokerStars software in English, but receive emails from PokerStars in French, German, or any of the other languages we support.
* View hole cards after folding – want to view your hole cards after you've folded? Now you simply mouse over your player icon and the cards will reappear. If you don’t want to use this feature, click on the chip tray and select ‘Options’. Then, un-check ‘Display Folded Cards’.
* Mac client – the PokerStars software is now available for Macs in beta version. Go to our Mac download page now to start playing. Please note, at present the PokerStars Mac beta software does not support the Preferred Seat feature.
* Resizable lobbies — Want to make your main and tournament lobbies even bigger? Now you can make them as large as you want. All you have to do is click on the edge of the lobby and drag it with your mouse. You can also now use a scroll bar in your tournament lobby to get a better look at the payout table.
* New Languages — PokerStars is now available in 13 different languages. We recently added Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Hungarian. You can see your PokerStars lobby in any of the languages by clicking ‘Language’, and ‘Play in’ on your lobby tool bar.
* Auto Rebuy — Gone are the days of wasting time re-loading your tournament stack in rebuy tournaments. Now, you can set your account to auto rebuy in select tournaments.
