NHL Alumni PokerStars Hockey Night
Calling all hockey fans! Here’s your chance to win a pair of tickets for Toronto’s Pro Hockey team home games, as well as play poker against NHL Alumni, AND win a Hockey Championships prize package. You can win a pair of Platinum or Red tickets to Toronto home games at the Air Canada Center simply by entering our freeroll tournaments. They take place every Wednesday night, and the top 27 players will also advance to a Grand Final, where you will play against NHL Alumni. Top prize in the Grand Final is an incredible prize package to the Hockey Championships, which includes game tickets, flights, accommodation and spending money for two people.

How to play
Weekly freeroll tournaments run every Wednesday night October 14 – March 3 at the times stated below. Register for the tournaments in the PokerStars lobby by selecting the ‘Tourney’ and ‘Regional’ tabs, or by typing ‘Alumni’ into the Tourney Filter.
Each freeroll winner will receive two Platinum tickets to a corresponding Toronto’s Pro Hockey team game as shown below, and the second place player will win two Red tickets to the same game. In addition, the top 27 players in each freeroll will advance to the Grand Final.

Grand Final
The Grand Final will take place Saturday March 6, 2010 at 20:00 ET. Knock-out an NHL Alumni and you win an autographed photo of that player. The tournament winner gets the grand prize – a Hockey Championships package for two people that includes flights, two nights accommodation and $500 spending money.
