PokerStars.net Empire State Hold’Em Championships Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to participate in this promotion. You may be asked at any stage to provide PokerStars.net or a third party with proof of age and/or identity (passport or valid picture ID). Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from this Promotion.
2. By participating in a freeroll tournament for this promotion, you grant PokerStars.net the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. You further agree to help promote PokerStars.net and act as a PokerStars.net spokesperson during and after the events, including but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by PokerStars.net.
   
   If you have qualified for the promotion via a PokerStars.net.net freeroll, you are required by PokerStars.net to wear PokerStars.net logo clothing throughout the event. You hereby agree to do so. You cannot wear any other logos regardless of whether such logo is of a competitor or non-competitor (e.g. no clothing companies, jewelry, energy drinks, training sites or other logos). PokerStars.net or its agents, reserve the right to withhold any or all of the benefits detailed herein if it is determined that you are in violation of this rule. All decisions are final
3. The first prize package you win for this event, through a freeroll or in any other way on PokerStars.net, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for money or money’s worth. If you win, you must play or forfeit the package.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion is valid for all entrants qualified online via PokerStars.net for the entirety of the event with the sole exception of members of "Team PokerStars.net Pro", PokerStars.net employees and their relatives.
5. All players participating in a freeroll for this event must abide by all PokerStars.net terms of service requirements as listed at www.PokerStars.net/poker/room/terms/, and by PokerStars.net general tournament terms and conditions listed at www.PokerStars.net/poker/tournaments/rules/.
6. These terms and conditions and matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Isle of Man law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.
7. In case of any disputes regarding any participation rights, all matters relating to the awarding of prizes and/or these terms or conditions, the final decision lies with PokerStars.net management, is binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
