- How old do I have to be to play?
- You must be 18 or over to participate.
- How do I win?
- To win a prize, you must be in the top 100 players at the end of the month. The more you play, the better your chances are.
- What can I win?
- There are cash prizes for everyone in the top 100 at the end of the month. For a detailed look at the prizes, see the Prizes table on the main page.
- How do I see where I stand?
- You can find the latest rankings on the Rankings page.
- How often are the rankings updated?
- At present the rankings are updated three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- When will I receive my prize money?
- Prizes will be awarded within 48 hours after the final results for the month are published on the web site.
- How will the prize be distributed if two or more players share the same points
- If 2 or more players finish with the same points, the prize money for both the places will be added and then divided equally between the players. For example, if 2 players score 75 points at the end of the league and are placed in the 10th and 11th positions in the rankings table, then according to the payout structure for Australia and New Zealand Poker League Div 1– the prize money of $40(for 10th place) and $30(for 11th place) will be added and divided by the number of players (in this case 2) and distributed evenly. So the prize money will be (40+30)/2 = $35 each for player.
