North American Poker Tour - Terms & Conditions

1. All online freerolls and live main event tournaments in the North American Poker Tour will be No Limit Hold'em.
2. Entrants must be 21 years of age or over the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to play either in satellites or in any of the Events. Please check with the host casino regarding their minimum age requirements. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from participation in any of the Events, and no refund of any kind will be made.
3. By participating in a satellite of any kind on PokerStars.net, or in any of the Events, you grant PokerStars.net the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
   
   You further agree to help promote PokerStars.net and act as a PokerStars.net spokesperson during and after the Events, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by PokerStars.net.
   
   Any player who reaches the final table of any event after qualifying through a freeroll will be required to wear PokerStars.net logo gear.
4. All players who qualify through freerolls on the Site are required to wear PokerStars.net logo-wear exclusively throughout the Event.
5. The NAPT Championship is sanctioned by the North American Poker Tour. You acknowledge and agree that the North American Poker Tour requires all players in North American Poker Tour events to sign a waiver prior to the beginning of each NAPT Event that includes permission to film and broadcast your participation in the NAPT Event. To see the player waiver form prior to the event email napt@pokerstars.net.
6. You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your PokerStars.net account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event packages.
7. Prior to playing in any of the Events, you will be required to sign a paper version of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in your disqualification from participation in the Event without refund or compensation. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of any North American Poker Tour satellite event, the decision of PokerStars.net management is final.
8. A player who leaves a tournament at any stage and for whatever reason is deemed to have forfeited their game and, as such, is not entitled to claim entitlement to money on the basis of their position in that tournament.
